As a Business Analyst (Risk & Compliance), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our risk management strategies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, developing risk mitigation strategies, and monitoring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. You will use a variety of tools and software, including SAP, Excel, and specialized risk management platforms, to analyze data and generate insights. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management and compliance, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
• Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of identified risks.
• Monitoring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Analyzing data using tools such as SAP, Excel, and specialized risk management platforms.
• Preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate risk findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that risk management practices are integrated into business operations.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively address emerging risks.
• Providing training and guidance to junior team members on risk management and compliance best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management and compliance.
• Proficient in using SAP, Excel, and specialized risk management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Certifications in risk management or compliance (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CISM) are a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
