📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers with ordering, serving, and paying for food and beverages
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Assist with stocking and organizing food and beverage supplies
• Promote the café’s menu and special offers to customers
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a food and beverage service role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
