📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive company growth and profitability.
• Oversee all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage the accounting and finance teams, providing leadership and mentorship.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.
• Participate in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and other strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a CFO or equivalent financial leadership role.
• Proven track record of financial management and strategic planning.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are a plus.
