📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and oversee detailed civil and structural designs, ensuring compliance with local and international building codes and standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure construction projects meet design specifications and adhere to safety regulations.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Perform cost estimates and prepare project schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design and construction processes.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.
• Ensure all projects are documented and archived for future reference and compliance purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil and structural design and project management.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla for design and documentation.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia, particularly in Bali.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid professional engineering license (PEng) or equivalent.
