📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide financial advice and solutions to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.,Conduct financial planning and risk management assessments for clients.,Promote Allianz products and services to potential clients.,Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate and up-to-date advice.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.,Provide training and support to junior staff members.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.,At least 3 years of experience in financial advisory or sales in the insurance industry.,Strong understanding of financial products and services, including insurance, investments, and retirement planning.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Valid insurance license or certification is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is required.
