Resto Intan Spareparts is looking for a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems, including networks, servers, and workstations.,Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and tools.,Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT security best practices and data backup systems.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
