📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.
• Analyze financial data and identify areas for improvement in processes and controls.
• Prepare audit reports and recommendations for management.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on internal controls and compliance.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the IT distribution industry.
• Proficiency in using SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA) is a plus.
