📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and maintain production schedules to meet deadlines and targets.,Inspect and ensure the quality of products in line with company standards.,Train and mentor production staff to improve performance and skills.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes.,Identify and implement improvements to enhance production efficiency.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate supply of materials and resources.,Report production progress and issues to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision or similar roles.,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
