📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to the team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.,Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
