📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of joint ventures, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Conduct financial audits and internal controls to identify areas for improvement.,Provide financial advice and support to project teams.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.,Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Experience in managing joint ventures and financial compliance in the energy sector.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
