IBM is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Instructional Designer to join our remote team based in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective training materials that support our clients' learning and development needs.

As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to develop and deliver high-quality training solutions. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior designers to ensure the continued success of our training programs.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Bali while contributing to IBM's global success.

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and design engaging and effective training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and other multimedia content.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
  • Work with trainers and other stakeholders to identify learning and development needs.
  • Create and deliver training programs that meet the specific needs of our clients.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to ensure the continued success of our training programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proven experience in creating and delivering training programs for a diverse range of audiences.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and theories.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in instructional design software and tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong time management and organizational skills.
