In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving issues related to our Java-based SaaS platform. You will work closely with our development team to ensure the smooth operation of our platform and provide excellent customer support to our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our Java-based SaaS platform,Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues,Monitor system performance and proactively address any potential issues,Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles for future reference,Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions,Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities,Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on platform usage and best practices,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve our platform

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of Java and related technologies,Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
