In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with Indonesian accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Maintain compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Manage and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights and recommendations to management.,Conduct audits and reviews to ensure the accuracy of financial records.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
