FLUX Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Area Manager to join our team in Canggu. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our operations and ensuring the smooth running of our business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Oversee the performance of staff and provide guidance and support as needed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.,Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for staff.,Manage inventory and ensure that all supplies are adequately stocked.,Prepare and present reports to management on a regular basis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
