📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking pastries, cakes, and other desserts.,Maintain and clean the pastry station, including ovens, mixers, and other equipment.,Stock and manage inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies.,Prepare and present desserts for events and special occasions.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Contribute to the development and improvement of pastry recipes and techniques.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Pastry Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Basic knowledge of English is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
