BIM Specialist

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed Building Information Models (BIM) using industry-leading software like Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that design concepts are accurately translated into construction reality.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination to identify and resolve potential issues before they arise during the construction phase.
• Generate detailed construction documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on the use of BIM software and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and software updates to ensure that our BIM processes are always current and effective.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on technical issues as needed.
• Ensure that all BIM models and documentation meet project requirements and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in industry-leading BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Certification in BIM-related software or construction documentation is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
