📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process patient payments accurately and efficiently.,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy.,Issue receipts and provide change as required.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.,Assist patients with insurance claims and billing inquiries.,Ensure compliance with healthcare payment regulations.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.,Collaborate with the clinic staff to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is a plus.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of healthcare billing and payment systems is preferred.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
