📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Oversee the stock levels and ensure that the store is well-stocked to meet customer demands.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to the Store Manager and higher management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
