In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in managing the human resources function of the company. You will be involved in various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the HR Manager in managing the human resources function of the company,Support the recruitment process, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and candidate selection,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Support the HR Manager in managing employee benefits and compensation,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a dental clinic or healthcare setting,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
