📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and suggest improvements.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and documentation.,Support the purchasing manager in achieving procurement goals and targets.,Stay updated with market trends and industry best practices in procurement.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
