📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, managers, and other stakeholders.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.,Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices in the industry.,Assist in the development of training budgets and schedules.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Provide support and guidance to employees during training sessions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with training methodologies and techniques.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel to different locations for training purposes.
