📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Overseeing daily laboratory operations and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Supervising and mentoring junior laboratory technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Performing and reviewing laboratory tests, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.
• Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conducting quality control checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Training new staff and conducting performance evaluations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
