📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of medical representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and distribute pharmaceutical products.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product promotion and sales growth.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry.,Participate in training and development programs for the medical representative team.,Attend and represent LUNAR Ekspansindo at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of success in sales and marketing.,Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.,Ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays, as required by the role.
