📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy.,Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and local regulations.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Lead and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and support.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits administration.,Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity.,Identify and implement cost-saving measures and financial improvements.,Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.,Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and local regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Experience in managing and mentoring junior accountants.
