In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and develop employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs meet their needs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to support employee development.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with managers and employees.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
