📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and staffing.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local job market and industry trends.
