📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and job descriptions,Sourcing and screening candidates for various positions,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and employers,Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires,Providing feedback and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment strategies,Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and methodologies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
