📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze and assess risks to identify potential transfer opportunities,Develop and implement risk transfer strategies in collaboration with internal teams,Negotiate and manage risk transfer agreements with third-party providers,Monitor and evaluate the performance of risk transfer arrangements,Provide risk transfer recommendations to senior management,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in risk transfer,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines,Build and maintain strong relationships with risk transfer partners

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk transfer or a similar role,Strong understanding of risk transfer mechanisms and instruments,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Fluent in English and Indonesian,Knowledge of insurance and reinsurance principles is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
