📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and follow-ups.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and use this information to tailor sales pitches and presentations.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services through various channels, including social media, email, and events.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential customers and stay up-to-date with market trends.,Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of the tech industry and a passion for technology products and services.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
