📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance performance and customer service.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in store audits and quality assurance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and industry trends.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
