📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and coordinate general affairs activities including office administration, facilities management, and event planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Handle employee relations and address any concerns or issues.
• Oversee office security and safety measures.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to support company goals.
• Manage office supplies and inventory.
• Organize and facilitate company events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in general affairs or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
