🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business management or a similar role in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Islamic banking principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other business management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
