As an Early Childhood Education Guru at Bright Minds, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing age-appropriate activities, lessons, and programs that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. You will work closely with a team of educators, administrators, and support staff to ensure that every child receives the best possible care and education. Our center utilizes a play-based learning approach, incorporating educational toys, art supplies, and interactive learning materials to make learning fun and engaging.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, organize, and implement daily lesson plans and activities that align with the early childhood curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Assess and monitor children's progress, providing individual attention and support as needed.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to foster a strong home-school connection and promote children's overall development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, research, and best practices in early childhood education.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and team-building activities.
• Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and progress.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that values diversity and celebrates each child's unique strengths and abilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a preschool or daycare setting.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development, curriculum standards, and educational theories.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators.
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred but not required).
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to providing high-quality early education.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
