📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of bakers, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient operations.
Develop and implement new recipes and product offerings, working closely with sales and marketing teams.
Oversee the entire baking process, from ingredient sourcing to final product packaging.
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure smooth operations.
Train and develop new bakers to maintain and enhance our team's skills.
Conduct quality checks and ensure all products meet our standards.
Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve production goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Baker or similar role in a professional bakery setting.
Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of bakers.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.
Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., SFI, SQF, or equivalent).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Familiarity with bakery management software (e.g., BakerNet, Baker Tally, or similar).
Ability to travel to different locations within Jakarta Barat as needed.
