In this role, you will be the face of Watsons, assisting customers with their health and beauty needs. You will handle cash transactions, provide product information, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Our Bali locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, offer a unique and engaging retail environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure a clean and organized store environment.
• Stock shelves and maintain product displays.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking.
• Promote Watsons products and services to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the retail team to achieve daily targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
