• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Assist with table setup, clearing, and bussing.
• Provide accurate and friendly information to guests about the menu and specials.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a food and beverage service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.
