📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive nursery curriculum that promotes early learning, creativity, and social development.
• Lead and mentor a team of nursery teachers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality education and engagement.
• Create and manage lesson plans that align with national early childhood education standards and our school's unique approach.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 2-6 years.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure seamless communication and support for student development.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and the school administration.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education, and incorporate relevant strategies into our teaching methods.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and events to support the overall educational mission of Almacita School.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching nursery or kindergarten students.
• Certification in early childhood education, such as Early Childhood Development (ECD) or Montessori, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of national early childhood education standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to create and manage engaging lesson plans and activities.
• Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
