📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on moulding, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor and maintain production machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Collaborate with the production team to address machinery-related problems and implement solutions.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of moulding, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial automation systems.
• Certification in industrial maintenance or a related field (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo).
• Good understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with production staff.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
