As a Cold Room & HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including routine maintenance, system upgrades, and emergency repairs. You will work with advanced refrigeration systems and HVAC equipment, including chillers, compressors, and refrigeration controllers. This role requires a deep understanding of industrial refrigeration principles and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of cold rooms and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and repair system malfunctions, including leaks, temperature fluctuations, and equipment failures.
• Install, configure, and upgrade refrigeration and HVAC equipment, following manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
• Monitor system performance using advanced diagnostic tools and software, such as Refrigeration Management Systems (RMS) and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, including ISO 14001 and HACCP guidelines.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Document all maintenance activities, system performance data, and troubleshooting procedures for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial refrigeration and HVAC maintenance, with a strong focus on cold room systems.
• Certification in industrial refrigeration, such as ARC (Association of Refrigeration Contractors) or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of refrigeration systems, including chillers, compressors, and refrigeration controllers.
• Proficient in using advanced diagnostic tools and software, such as RMS and BMS.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards, including ISO 14001 and HACCP guidelines.
• Ability to travel to various job sites, including remote locations, as required.
